Cookie Notice
On this page
At a glance
- This site sets no analytics, advertising or other optional cookies.
- Pages, fonts and images all come from our own site, so other companies can't see your visit through it.
- Our host may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
- If we ever add optional cookies, nothing will load until you choose, and saying no will be as easy as saying yes.
This summary is here to help. The numbered sections below are the full text.
1. What cookies are#
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser so it can recognise your device later. Websites also use similar tools, such as local storage and tracking pixels. In this notice, “cookies” covers all of them.
Some cookies are strictly necessary: a site can’t work properly or securely without them. Others are optional, such as those that measure visits or show you advertising.
2. What this site uses today#
This site does not set any optional cookies. It has no analytics, no advertising or social media tags, and no chat widget, and it doesn’t store anything in your browser’s local storage.
Our host, Cloudflare, protects the site from attacks and abuse. It may set a strictly necessary security cookie, which holds no information that identifies you.
Because the site sets no optional cookies, it doesn’t show a cookie banner.
3. Content from other companies#
Every page, font and image on this site is served from our own site. Nothing loads from another company’s servers, so no one else learns that you visited through this site.
If you follow a link to another website, that site’s own cookie policy applies.
4. If this changes#
If we ever add optional cookies, for example to measure how the site is used, we will:
- update this notice first, with a table of each cookie’s name, provider, purpose, category and how long it lasts;
- load nothing optional until you choose;
- ask with three equally clear choices: accept all, reject all, or choose by category;
- treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a “reject” for any sale, sharing or targeted advertising;
- add a “Cookie settings” link to every page so you can change your mind; and
- keep a record of your choice and ask again after 12 months, or sooner if the cookies we use change.
Where we can, we will choose tools that need no cookies at all.
5. Controlling cookies in your browser#
You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of some websites from working. Some browsers can also send a Global Privacy Control signal, which tells websites you don’t want your data sold or shared.
6. Changes to this notice#
When we change this notice, we update the date and version at the top and add a line to the change log at the end.
