1. Accepting these terms#

These terms apply to everyone who uses manyait.com. By using the site, you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use it.

Our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice explain how we handle information about you. They are separate from these terms.

2. Who we are#

This site is run by ManyaIT Inc., of 8668 John Hickman Pkwy #903, Frisco, Texas 75034, working with its Indian company, ManyaIT Solutions Pvt Ltd. “ManyaIT”, “we” and “us” mean both.

3. Using this site#

You may use this site to learn about ManyaIT and to contact us. You must not:

• use it in a way that breaks any law, or to send anything unlawful, harmful or misleading;
• copy, scrape or harvest its content or data in bulk, by automated means or otherwise, without our written permission;
• interfere with how it works, overload it, or introduce malicious code;
• try to gain access to any part of it, or to any system behind it, that is not meant to be public; or
• pretend to be ManyaIT or anyone else, or suggest that we endorse you when we don’t.

We may suspend or block access to anyone who breaks these rules.

4. Our content and brand#

The text, design, graphics, code and other content of this site belong to ManyaIT or to the people who license them to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws. The ManyaIT name and logo are our trademarks. Other companies’ names and logos belong to them.

You may view the site, print or save pages for your own reference, and share links to it. Any other use, including copying, adapting or republishing content, needs our written permission.

5. No offer, and no professional advice#

This site describes our capabilities in general terms. It is not an offer to provide services, and any work we do is governed by a separate written agreement. Figures and examples are illustrative.

The roles shown on our careers page are examples of the work our teams do and may not be open now. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment. Our Job Offer Fraud Notice explains how to tell a genuine offer from a fake one.

Insights and other content are general information, not professional advice for your situation.

6. Links to other sites#

Where this site links to other websites, we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

7. Disclaimers#

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current.

8. Limitation of liability#

To the extent the law allows, ManyaIT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnity#

If you break these terms and that leads to a claim against ManyaIT, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

10. Governing law and courts#

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them goes to the state and federal courts in Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it in your local courts.

11. Changes to these terms#

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date and version at the top and add a line to the change log at the end. The version in force when you use the site is the one that applies.
